This four-phase ski-specific program is designed for ultimate flexibility and performance. 

Built around four 6-week blocks, it adapts seamlessly to your training season. Whether you’re building strength before the season, maintaining during ski days, or peaking for maximum performance, every phase targets your skiing needs while remaining fully customisable to your preferences.

 

Certain exercises stay fixed for ski-specificity, keeping your training focused on what matters most. But the program also offers a curated library of interchangeable exercises—tagged by type like push, hinge, and squat—so you can adapt it as needed. Plus, autoregulation keeps you in tune with your body, adjusting intensity based on how you feel day to day.

 

The Four Phases:

1. Accumulation: Build foundational strength and endurance.

 

2. Reactive Strength Development: Develop explosive power and reactivity through plyometric drills.

 

3. Maintenance: Sustain strength and resilience during ski season with condensed effective sessions.

 

4. Intensity: Peak your strength and endurance with advanced techniques and wave loading.

 

With built-in tracking tools, exercise substitutions, and an emphasis on progressive overload, this program keeps you improving every step of the way—whether you’re on the slopes all season or preparing for your strongest winter yet.
