Description:

This 6-week Bench program focuses on cleaning up technique and developing a strong confident position within the Bench Press. This program also has a full-body mixed exercise structure but with reduced volume load to focus recovery on the main objective of improving Bench Press technique and strength.

                                        Requires experience to make decisions 

                                        Familiar with the barbell and Bench Pressing
