This version of Build is for those who are ready to push their strength to the next stage. The structure is an undulating periodised 8-week block of strength building with load testing at the start and end. Deload is individualised based on feedback.


This program focuses on your choice of variation on the Squat, Press and Deadlift.

Accessory work is based on areas that need work related to the main lifts.

Lifters should be capable when coming into this program in order to get the most out of it. 

This program requires a lot of energy and commitment to get the most out of it. Additionally, extra coaching sessions during testing are recommended. 

Training Protocol:

                                Lower rep ranges, requires experience 

                                Comfortable with a barbell, & heavier loads

                                Deadlift, Squat, Press, Accessory

                                Pretty much everything

                                Barbells, Dumbbells, Cables

                                Tempo, Undulating, Autoregulatory, Percentage Based
