Intermediate Programs



This Program is a customisable combo of the hybrid model.

The idea is to plan the exact number of weeks (between 6 & 12) then adjust the volume load and exercise selection to suit your needs.

This is a great option for those who are relatively fit and strong and want a bit of everything.

Training Protocol:

                                Begins with an endurance test, varied intensity of lifts

                                Familiar with a rowing machine, barbell, & accessory work

                                Deadlift, Squat, Press, Accessory, Rowing

                                Pretty much everything

                                Barbells, Dumbbells, Cables, Rowing Machine

                                Linear, Undulating, Autoregulatory, Percentage Based
