Dedicated App
Every Program comes with an App, this is where you will receive all of your weekly workouts as well as exercise video descriptions, explainer videos and PDF reading material on training principles, autoregulation, and tracking.


1:1 Coaching Sessions
Onboarding coaching sessions are included only in the entry-level memberships. These sessions are set in a pre-determined time frame and are designed to go through the fundamentals of The program, exercise techniques, and what to expect.
Goal Oriented Program
Program selection will be based on either self-selection, the questionnaire, during the initial consultation or custom-built depending on your needs. This will then be adjusted based on performance outcomes, changes in circumstances holidays, or if you simply want to try something else.



Video Tutorials, Explainers & PDFs
Each exercise comes with a demonstration video and description. Additionally, there is an explainer video on the fundamental concepts behind autoregulation as well as PDF reading material to help you get to grips with the training principles.
Training & Lifestyle Tracking
In order to optimise fatigue management, daily and weekly lifestyle
tracking is recorded using subjective data collection.
This is used to adjust the volume and intensity of training sessions.
In-App Messaging (24-Hour Turnaround)
There is an App messaging service to answer any training-related questions, upload performance/technique videos, and ask general or specific questions.



1:1 Performance Check-ins
Check-ins are there for absolutely anything.. maybe you want to talk about a topic, change your program, get more advice on training, nutrition, exercises etc. We will schedule check-ins and go through weak point analysis or areas you need to improve.
Program Feedback & Adjustments
We don't always get it right, you might be sick or injured or just fed up, therefore we can have a quick chat by message function for small adjustments (switching exercises or set/rep ranges) or book a check-in to completely change the program.
Sports Nutrition Advice
I do not offer nutrition plans but I do offer sports nutrition advice on how to optimise your macronutrients in order to get the best out of your training.

It's an excellent place to start with heaps of support and guidance.
Onboarding always starts with a "6 Week Baseline" to develop skills and capacity. The following steps can be discussed during the initial consultation and check-ins, but program options can be selected from the beginner-intermediate category.

Semi-Custom - 3 or 6 Months
Semi-Customs for those who have completed more than 3 months of programs with me or have carried out at least 3 onboarding sessions or 1:1s. This is a safeguard to make sure you are experienced enough and to get the most out of this process.
Program options are based on your training level but are best discussed during the consultation. It would be best if you had a solid idea of what you want to achieve. Look through the options on the slider opposite, and visit.
The Program page or fill out the Program Selector for suggestions on building your plan length.
There are 3 or 6 months options, 3 months is a good option if you are not sure you want to commit but 6 months better value for the money.

Custom - 3 or 6 Months
Custom programs are for anyone who wants the absolute best out of themselves and is able to put time and effort into improving via specialised training programs.
Custom programs are completely tailor-made based on the specifics of the individual. Custom plans begin with pre-testing and involve various intervention strategies which are determined during the first coaching session and then altered to fit via monitoring and feedback.
There are 3 or 6 months options, 3 months is a good option if you are not sure you want to commit but 6 months better value for money.
9 or 12-month options are possible but need to be planned in order to incorporate transitions and or holidays. If you are interested in this drop an email here.

1:1 Coaching Sessions
1:1 Coaching sessions can be used for anything training-related, from understanding exercise techniques and working on strengths or limitations to loading strategies, autoregulation and periodisation. Goals and targets must be predetermined with coaching sessions with outcomes and exit strategies in mind.
Coaching sessions should not be looked at as personal training; it is far more than this and can be an excellent way to push your training maturity and development further. Once you have purchased, you will be contacted within 24 hours to schedule dates and times. All in-person sessions are currently held at Balboa Viaduct Zurich.

Consulting
Consultations are carried out online via Google Meet and can be used for anything that can be handled virtually, such as program feedback, performance data analysis, video technique breakdown, talking through a situation or sticking point, or pretty much anything else.
