This 2-day, 8-week skier strength and conditioning program and training guide is designed to prepare you for the season ahead but can also be carried out any time of the year.
The fundamentals of training is a 30-page mini guide with info and tips on how the 8-week skier strength program works and how best to maximise your performance in and out of the gym to enable a solid transfer to the slopes.
This program is a full-body mixed-strength training system with some minor conditioning elements. This program can be carried out in most gyms and even at home. Use either the PDF or Excel versions.
