1. Services Offered
Our website provides coaching services, including but not limited to The Program—structured and adaptable training plans, digital resources, and online consultations. Specific terms for each service, including pricing, duration, and renewal, are outlined on the website or provided at the time of engagement.


2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our website and services. By using our website, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms and are not prohibited from using these services under any applicable laws.


3. Payment and Billing
All payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Prices and payment terms are displayed on our website and may change from time to time. Late payments may result in suspension of services and incur additional fees, as outlined at the time of payment.


4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds are provided once access has been granted or the product has been delivered.

  • The Program (3- and 6-Month Plans): No refunds or early cancellations are permitted once the program begins, except in documented extenuating circumstances at our sole discretion.

  • 1:1 Sessions and Consultations: Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or late cancellations will be forfeited without refund, except in extenuating circumstances.

5. Subscription Auto-Renewal
Programs purchased on a recurring basis (e.g., The Program’s 6-month cycle) will automatically renew unless notice of cancellation is provided at least four weeks prior to the renewal date. You are responsible for managing your subscription status and notifying us at info@theprogram.ch.


6. Fitness and Health Disclaimer
By using The Program and related services, you confirm that you are physically able to participate and have consulted a physician if necessary. Participation is at your own risk. Results may vary, and no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes. We are not liable for any injuries or health issues resulting from use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.


7. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, logos, training plans, and digital downloads, are the exclusive property of The Program. You may use these materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.


8. Unlawful Use
You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage or impair the website, our services, or the experience of other users.
